Refund Policy

At Unbreakable Ascent, we are committed to providing high-value education and training to help you achieve real results. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while also protecting against misuse.

By enrolling in our program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a performance-based refund policy, meaning you are eligible for a refund if you:

✔️ Have completed the entire program and applied all strategies as instructed.
✔️ Can demonstrate proof of full implementation (detailed below).
✔️ Have not achieved the expected outcomes despite genuine effort.

If you have not taken action, not implemented what was taught, or simply changed your mind, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Request Process & Proof of Implementation

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a formal request via help@unbreakableascent.com within 365 days of enrolling. You will need to provide:

Proof of Course Completion – Screenshots showing you have watched all videos and completed all required coursework.
Proof of Implementation – Evidence that you have followed and executed all strategies (e.g., website screenshots, ad campaigns, outreach efforts).
Proof of Effort – Records of engagement in our coaching calls, community, and support system showing you actively sought guidance.

Note: If you skip steps, don’t take action, or refuse coaching, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our goal is to help you succeed, not provide handouts.

3. No Refunds for “Change of Mind” or Lack of Motivation

Once you have access to the course materials, we do not offer refunds for:

Changing your mind after purchasing.
Not having time to complete the course.
Not feeling motivated or deciding to pursue something else.
Personal financial difficulties or failure to allocate funds properly.

We provide all the necessary resources, coaching, and support, but you must take responsibility for your own results.

4. Payment Plan & Chargeback Protection

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all payments. Failure to do so will result in immediate course access suspension.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes:
- Any unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in:
  - Permanent ban from all Unbreakable Ascent programs.
  - Legal action and debt collection to recover lost funds.
  - Immediate removal from coaching calls, private groups, and support systems.

We are fully transparent with our refund policy and make it available before purchase. Attempting to bypass these terms through chargebacks or disputes is a violation of our agreement.

5. Refund Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds to students who:

Attempt to exploit the refund policy while continuing to use our materials.
Share login details or distribute course content.
Have a history of requesting refunds from online courses.
Fail to complete the required steps but still demand a refund.

If we determine that a refund request is fraudulent or made in bad faith, it will be denied, and the user may be permanently banned from future programs.

6. Our Commitment to Your Success

This program is designed to help you achieve real results, and we stand by its value. If you follow the program, take action, and still don’t see progress, we will honor our performance-based refund guarantee.
