3. Payment & Access
  • Payment must be completed before gaining access to the program.
  • Payment plans must be honored in full, and missed payments will result in restricted access.
  • There are no automatic upgrades. If we introduce new programs or features, they may require an additional payment.
  • If your card declines or a payment is missed, your access will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
4. Refund Policy

We offer a results-based guarantee. If you have genuinely implemented everything, taken consistent action, and still do not see progress, you may request a refund. This guarantee applies only to members who have put in the required effort.

  • Refund requests must be submitted with proof of implementation.
  • Refunds will not be granted for lack of effort, changing your mind, or personal circumstances.

  • No spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation of other members.
  • No toxic behavior, disrespect, or negativity toward the community, team, or members.
  • No unauthorized sharing of program content. All materials are confidential and exclusive to paying members.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in removal without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content provided within Unbreakable Ascent—including courses, lessons, strategies, and templates—is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share any course materials.
  • You may not reproduce or repurpose course content for commercial use.
  • You may use the information for personal development and business growth.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

7. Support & Coaching

Unbreakable Ascent provides multiple levels of support:

  • Lifetime access to the private community for ongoing discussions and networking.
  • Weekly group calls to provide guidance and answer questions.
  • 1-on-1 support available for up to six months for those who need additional help beyond group support.

8. No Guarantees of Results

  • We do not guarantee financial success, business results, or specific income levels.

We provide the tools and guidance, but it is your responsibility to take action.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Unbreakable Ascent and its team are not responsible for any financial loss, business challenges, or personal decisions made as a result of this program.
